I am a senior creative manager based in Prague, with more than 15 years of marketing and advertising experience, currently working as Executive Creative Director at international advertising agency.

I build and lead creative teams designed for each client individually in a way they are essentially able to function as an extended marketing team of any organisation. Because I believe that future of our field lies in all of us being not just more brave and bold, but more educated as well in how the field itself works.

Nevertheless. I am mainly a huge believer in no bullshit and ego-free approach in marketing. The best way to make it fun watching is to make it fun in making. And even though my teams and I always work on each brief seriously, it never means taking ourselves seriously as well.

I believe great work is created collectively. Always has been. Always will be.

My professional journey (from marketing assistant and account manager to copywriter and later creative director) gave me a really broad perspective not only on how ideas are shaped, sold, and executed, but also how to make them a functional tool in successful and effective marketing. Each role added a new layer of understanding. Yet the most important lesson remained the same: the strongest work is never the result of one ego, but of shared ideas.
